Anti-Spam Policy
Tenants cannot easily switch their property manager, so they cannot simply walk away from unwanted mail either. That puts a particular responsibility on us: our systems carry building matters and nothing else.
Commitments
- Mail goes to residents and owners of buildings the manager actually administers.
- Address data of one manager is never shared with another, nor with tradespeople or service providers.
- Former residents are removed when their tenancy or ownership ends.
- Managers may not use building lists to market their own or third-party services.
Violations
- Sending offers to tenants under the guise of a building notice.
- Writing to neighbours or prospective tenants who have no contract.
- Continuing to write after someone has moved out.
- Hiding which management company is sending.
What we do with reports
- We acknowledge the report and determine the manager and the building from the headers.
- If the report is plausible, the mailing type is paused for that manager while we clarify.
- Confirmed misuse ends our service; the address receives no further mail through us.
- Blocklist operators receive the information they request from the address below.
