Resident data for managers

The property management company is the controller. We process names, email addresses, building and unit on its instructions, solely to send its mail.

Delivery records

We record whether a notice was delivered, because managers may need to show that residents were informed. Opening is not tracked.

Choices you made

If you chose building notices only, or asked not to be contacted, that choice is stored so that it outlasts updates of the resident list.

No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies and loads no content from other servers.

Your rights

You may ask for information about your data and for its correction or erasure, restrict or object to its processing, receive a portable copy and withdraw consent. A supervisory authority is also open to your complaint.
