What property managers send
- Building notices
- Repairs, water shut-offs, chimney sweep dates, staircase cleaning — in time and only to the address affected.
- Statements
- Annual service charge and heating cost statements, with a link to the documents in the manager's portal.
- Owners' meetings
- Invitations with agenda, minutes afterwards, and reminders of deadlines for resolutions.
- Contract matters
- Rent adjustments, handover appointments and confirmations of notice, sent as the record that tenants can refer back to.
Our house rules
People do not choose their property manager the way they choose a shop. That makes restraint all the more important.
- We write only to current tenants and owners who gave the manager an email address for this purpose.
- No advertising from tradespeople, energy brokers or partners, in any message.
- Residents who move out stop receiving building notices on the day their contract ends.
- Personal matters such as arrears are never sent to a shared address.
- Residents can choose to receive building notices only, without general newsletters.
